A: We thoroughly quality check each product and double-check customizations. In the rare event that you receive a product that doesn’t match your customization request, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number and clear images of a tape measure on top of the product.
Q: How do I provide custom measurements?
A: After placing an order, you will receive an email requesting custom measurements. Simply reply to that email with your desired measurements. Please note that providing custom measurements is optional. If we do not receive custom measurements within 24 hours of placing the order, we will process your order with recommended standard measurements.
Q: How should I wash the garments?
A: We recommend dry cleaning only.
